The Nitin estate is located in the Arusha region of Tanzania, where the coffee is farmed in dark volcanic soil and has ample high rainfall, which results in fruity notes like strawberry and orange as well as chocolates and good acidity.
The coffee is harvested using the selective method, where only the ripe cherries are picked and delivered to the wet mill the same day. This is done to maintain high quality as the cherries are pulped the same day and dried on raised tables.
