You want to be lucky and snag a bag of this exceptional lot from an exceptionally small farm in Guatemala's famous Huehuetenango region, grown between 1600-1700 meters above sea level and displaying knockout florals, sugar sweetness, and soft bass notes of chocolate.  Only a very small number of coffee trees grow on Ovidio Ramirez Ramirez's 3.5-manzana farm, but lucky for us every one of them produces outstanding coffee. His picking and processing is meticulous, and the result is an incredible diversity of crisp, clean, sweet flavors.



Tasting notes: Sweet with big tangy acidity and a creamy mouthfeel; lots of floral flavors with rose and lavender with chocolate, caramelized sugar, lemon, apple, and green grape flavors.
