Cold brew isn’t just iced coffee—it’s a completely different brewing method. Instead of hot water, coffee grounds are steeped in cold, filtered water for 12–24 hours. This slow extraction draws out smooth, chocolatey flavors while leaving behind much of the acidity and bitterness.
