This recipe for cold brew comes from a customer, David I. - Thank you.
1) Mason Jar
2) Place 3oz coffee grinds per quart of water used (He had used the Sumatran and really enjoyed it - we suggest using a coarse grind for cold pres)
3) Mix and let it sit in your fridge for 24-36 hours with occasional agitation.
4) Filter (David used a wire strainer with a paper towel to filter out the fine sediment)
5) Drink & Enjoy!
Tip - Mix 1:1 or 2:1 coffee to milk ratio.
