Much as the flavors of the soil are absorbed by the grape, and later by the wine, single origin coffee beans will take on the unique characteristics of where, and how, they were grown. This will affect the taste, aroma, and even acidity of the brew. In fact, coffee taste can differ from plantation to plantation within the same region - even just down the same road.
Our beans come from Small-scale, family run farms in remote regions of Mexico, Central and South America, Africa, Indonesia and India. Each family’s attention to detail – as well as the care that goes into producing their crops – coupled with near-perfect climates and ideal growing conditions – result in green coffees of exceptional quality.
