How would you describe this coffee?
"If you are looking for a smooth slightly acidic coffee
with a pleasant flavor and nice aroma, this would be it.
The coffee comes from the mountainous regions of
Costa Rica where the tropical soil has been enriched by
volcanic ash and is rich in organic material."
What is your suggested brewing method?
"Use a single cup pour over, 2tbs coffee, auto grind,
wet grinds to allow remaining carbon dioxide to escape
before slowly pouring the water over the grinds until you
have filled your 8oz cup. This coffee goes well with a tad
of maple syrup and almond milk."
